Short, because there's not much to tell.

What I collect. If you submit the draft-request form, I receive what you typed: your name, business name, trade, city, phone, email, and any notes. If you email me, I have your email. That's it — no accounts, no tracking pixels from ad networks, no data brokers.

What I do with it. I use it to respond to you, research your draft, and — if we work together — deliver the service. I don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone except the tools that make the site run (form handling and hosting on Netlify, email via Google Workspace).

Analytics. The site may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages matter. No selling, no cross-site ad tracking.

Your choices. Want your info deleted, or want to know what I have? Email ben@beckwebstudio.com and I'll handle it — usually the same day. California residents: this is also how you exercise your rights under the CCPA.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
